He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baldwin Sr. and Christin Robillard Baldwin; his wife Roberta Cooper Baldwin; and his son Brian Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Baldwin-Chapman (Harry Sherman) of Cato and Amy Sieber (Michael) of Baldwinsville; his siblings, Dennis Baldwin (Terese) of Cato, David Baldwin and Judy Rodriquez (Tony) of Cato; his grandchildren, Cody Trousdale, Austin Bell, Karianne Trousdale, Matthew Barron, Dylan Chapman and Brian Russett; and his great grandchildren, Giselle Trousdale, Ash Zimmer-Bell, Rylan Zimmer-Bell, Lydia Trousdale and Nolan Sieber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
