It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. McVoy of Castorland, New York, born in Lowville, New York, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald McVoy; her brother Richard P. Bush; her brother-in-law Charles Warren; and her parents, Ambrose Bush and Alice Bush (Dauksa).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Kulzer (Greg) of Lowville and Michael McVoy of Glenfield; her granddaughters, Heather Young (Sylvia Strong) of Springfield, OH and Jessica Young of Cortland, NY; her great grandchild Madison Griep; her sister Nancy Warren of Russellville, AR; and her sister-in-law Sandra Bush of Lowville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
