He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander O. Powlin and Yvonne Blade Powlin. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas A. (Mary Lou), Michael G. (Donna), David W. of Orange Park, FL and Wendy; his brother-in-law Thomas Sweet of Lowville; his friend Rick Farrell; his former wife Kathy Platt; and his pet Yowser. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
