He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Richard Brouty; and his parents, Richard Brouty and Joyce Bruckman Brouty. He is survived by: his children, Sebastian Brouty (Sarah) of Elbridge, Noah Brouty of Castorland and Abigayle Brouty (Zachary Irish) of Croghan; the mother of his children Amy Beauford of Croghan; and his sister Lisa Barker (Edwin) of Theresa. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a great-niece, and many cousins.
