He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin W. Weeks (Poppy) and Myrtle Weeks (Crawford); his wife Lily M. Shillen Weeks; and his daughters, Kathleen H. Sultan and Margaret Shinsky.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, William E. Sultan II, Neva Keyes (Sultan), Scott Thomas and Lily Madison. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
