He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia; his children, Terry Miller (Charles) of Brackney, PA, Steven Williams of Endicott, Douglas Williams (Margaret) of Gettysburg, SD, Richard Williams (Andrea) of Waverly, NY and Christine Quinnan of Wilkes-Barre, PA; and his cousin John Piros (Vivian) of Conklin. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
