He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sickles and Ellowene Sickles. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Thomas Holmes; his granddaughters, Ashley Holmes, Nicole Holmes and Michelle Sickles; his stepson Jim Lindsley (Shari); his grandsons, Michael and Cooter Lindsley; his daughter-in-law Lisa Holtzmaster; his cousin Barbara Kaminsky; and his friend Dr. Jack Prindle.
