He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Sager and Myrtle Parmerter Sager; his grandson Brian Maines; and his siblings, Marion, Blanche, Zylphia, Shirley, Florence, Pauline, Marie, Charlotte, Laura and Daisy.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Olsowsky Sager; his daughters, Brenda Koch (Art) of Wayland, Marcia Maines of Castile and Rita Grisewood (Gary) of Castile; and his sister Ruth Harding of Fowlerville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
