He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Phelps Simmons; his parent Carrie Simmons; his stepfather Ernest Burger; his grandson Alex Kasprzyk; and his brothers, Eddie Burger and Howard Burger.
He is survived by: his child Tracy Werner (Steve); his grandchildren, Copeland of Montana, Cory Werner and Joe Werner; his daughter Suzanne Kasprzyk (John); his grandsons, Sean Kasprzyk, Ian Kasprzyk and Robert Simmons (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Sidney Simmons and Gabriella Simmons; his sister-in-law Marilyn Van Valkenburg (Andy); his siblings, Kevin Burger (Shelly), Elizabeth, Kenny and Lester Burger; and his close friend Walt Faryna of Perry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations of food and flowers may be delivered to the farm on the day of the celebration.
