He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Handschke and Isabelle Mattingly Handschke; and his sister Ann Rodon (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Esther Alden Handschke; his daughter Cindy Borrelli (Joe) of Florida; his grandchildren, Lindsay Borrelli and Lauren Borrelli; his stepchildren, Spencer Willey (Carol) of Perry and Cynthia Willey (Doug) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Mary Barkewitz of Indiana, Amy Frazier (Max) of Florida, Gene Handschke of Castile and William Handschke. He is also survived by four step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
