He is survived by: his children, Mallory Caulkins (Jesse), Jamie Brainerd (Merlin), Michael Montgomery (Aanya), Jill Lonie (Brian), Andrew Murdie (PJ), Paul Murdie (Ashley), Kimberly Murdie (John), Ryan Murdie (Brittany) and Sandra Murdie; his siblings, Karen Mary (Steve) and James Murdie (Catherine); his grandchildren, Abigail, Evan Sarkis, Lila and Lyndie Montgomery; and also Cathleen Murdie (Bridgette Flint). He is also survived by many other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
