She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Washburn and Nina Ackerman Washburn; her husband Gordon L. Yates; her sister Edith Mix; her granddaughter Lisa Wood; her brothers, Llewellyn and Mark Washburn; and her granddaughter-in-law Sharon Pombert.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Wood (Harry) of Churchville; her sister Carol Bigelow of Castile; her grandchildren, Frank Pombert (Sandra Moore) of Albion, Michelle Boice (Randy) of Manassas, VA, Kathleen (Nathan) of Rochester and Todd Wood of Rochester; and her sister-in-law Isabelle Patanella of Henrietta. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
