He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelly and Matie VanCise Kelly; and his daughter Alice Mae Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Meta Rutherford Kelly; and his children, Larry Kelly of Castile, Michael Kelly (Jill) of Gainesville, Ruth Parkhurst (Earl) of Gainesville, Gloria Baker (Dwight) of Gilmer, Tex. and Elaine Grace Kelly.
