He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Swain and Gladys Stephens Swain; and his wife Patricia Swain. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Skiver of Nunda, Duane Skiver (Mildred) of Bliss, Francis Skiver (Christy) of Olean and Carrie Unterburger of Bliss; and his siblings, Barbara Bliven of Portville and William Swain of Portville.
