We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2014, at the age of 60, David A. Kaczmarek Sr. (Castile, New York), born in Warsaw, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kaczmarek and Virginia Zamowski Kaczmarek; and his brother Daniel Kaczmarek. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Covert Kaczmarek; his children, Amy Kaczmarek (Todd Smith) of Castile and David A. Kaczmarek, Jr. (Trish) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Brittany, Christian, Jacob, Bailey, Jade, Kendra and Emily; his siblings, Judy Kaczmarek of Johnsonburg, Gary Kaczmarek (Michelle) of Arizona, Ron Covert (Wanda) of Silver Lake and Rick Covert (Beverly) of Perry Center; and his nephews, Christopher and Nicholas Kaczmarek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
