She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carney and Eva Carney (Barringer); her husband John M. Gardner Sr.; her daughter Eva T. Monaghan; her siblings, Jack, Jim and Sandy; and her nephews, Timmy, Claude and Mike.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Seymour (Norm), Charlene Rose, Debra Williams (Ben) and Donna Pierce-Parment (Mike); her grandson Jeremy Pierce; and her friend Faith. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, foster children.
Donations may be made to Hospice in Oneida County in her memory.
