She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Fardink and Ruth Seeley Fardink; her husband Joseph Mazzone Jr.; and her brother Jonathan B Fardink. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Mazzone (Bonita) of Cassadaga and Kimberley Mazzone-Gilbert (Tyler) of Lakewood; her grandchildren, Dominic J. Mazzone, Blake M. Mazzone and Chloe H. Mazzone; and her brother Paul Fardink (Cheryl). She is also survived by her niece, nephews, sister-in-law, cousins, and many friends and family.
