He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Elliott. He is survived by: his parents, Edgar Elliott and Faith Metzger Elliott; his sons, Steven Utter (Gerri) of Chandler, Warren Elliott (Lisa) of Ridgeland and Deven Elliott of Blufften; his grandchildren, Scott, Aubrey Utter, Madison and Garrett Elliott; and his siblings, James Elliott (Sandra) of Orchard Park, N. Y., Barbara Whipple (late Richard) of Fredonia, N. Y. and Lori Wannop (Charles) of Williamsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
