It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Oliver Barlow (Carthage, New York), who passed away on September 9, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Barlow; and his grandparents, Lucy Parker, Fred Parker, Leon Barlow, Francis Pennock and Leona Pennock.
He is survived by: his father Butch Barlow; his siblings, Marsha Twombly, Gibbons Twombly, LuAnn Twombly (Bill) and Robert Passage; his children, Megan Witt, Raeleen Hall (Alex), Joseph Barlow and William Barlow (Little Billy); his stepchildren, Mariah Lazenby and Jake Lazenby; and his grandchildren, Giuliana Witt, Rosalie Witt, Antonio Edmondson, Adriana Hall, Ethan Brophy and Evan Brophy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
