He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Millard and Louise Millard (Post); his wife Marie S. Millard; and his siblings, Arletha Zecher, Alfreda Grimsley, Carol Cozzi (Richard), Norma Jean Millard and Gerald Millard.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph W. Millard (Carolyn) of Carthage, Timothy G. Millard of Deerfield and Gregory T. Millard (Sarah) of Carthage; his sister Marlyn Bickom; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Millard of Lowville and Thomas Solomon. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (327 West St, Carthage, NY 13619). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
