It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley James Simpson Jr. of Carthage, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, William, Thomas and Crandall; and his granddaughter Taylor Elizabeth Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine LaComb; his children, Todd J. of Carthage, Troy J. of Inverness, FL and Mia J. Clark (Danny) of Harrisville, NY.; his grandchildren, Dakota J. Clark, Zachary J. Simpson and Isabelle T. Simpson; and his siblings, Betty O'Connor (Brian) of West Carthage, Mary DeZotell of Westmoreland and Kevin (Jill) of Croghan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to the Volunteer Transportation Center, Jefferson-Lewis Office, 24685 Rt. 37, Watertown, NY 13601 or to one's favorite charity.
