He is survived by: his son Victor C. Monaghan Jr. of Carthage; and his siblings, Dennis of Carthage, James of Carthage, Gary of Carthage, Ronald Monaghan of Carthage, Annetta Williams of Carthage and Katherine Belcher of Buffalo.
