He is survived by: his wife Andrea Fuentes; his stepchildren, Felicia A. Genter (Smithers), Coral L. Jacobson (Christopher), Austin R. Smithers and Dillion J. Craig-Smithers; his grandchildren, Raelynn Smithers, Matthew Genter and Landon Genter; his son Bailey Phelps; and his siblings, Mark Fuentes and Robin Hill.
