He was predeceased by: his significant other Joedi Schroy Hollingsworth of Carthage, NY; and his sister Lee Horan of Watertown, NY.. He is survived by: his stepfather Charlie Hirschey; his daughter Maria D. Earle of Wilmington, NC; his former wife Tina P. O'Neill of Carthage, NY; his stepchildren, Casey R. Smith of Carthage, NY and Christie L. Smith of Valrico, FL; his sister Gay H. Williams of Sterling, NY; and his half-sister Liz Hirschey of Chases Lake, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the CreutzfeldtJakob Disease Foundation.
