It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma A Burns (Carthage, New York), who passed away on March 8, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sisters, Francis of Carthage, Mary of Carthage, Naomi of Carthage, Norma of Carthage and Wanda of Carthage.
She is survived by: her parents, William Burns and Julia McDonald Burns; her nephew Andrew MacMillen of Oswego; and also, Frederick Norfold of Adams Center, Marlene Norfold of Adams Center, Richard Burke, William Burke of Lowville and Kathy McIntosh of Lowville. She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
