With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susanna K. Gaffney (Carthage, New York), born in Lyons Falls, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo James and Margaret K. Hoffman (Dicob). She is survived by: her spouse Charles "Pat" Gaffney; her children, Katherine Davis (Richard) of West Carthage, Kelly Swem (Ricky) of Carthage, Melissa Adams (Keith) of Little York, NY, Charles Gaffney (Debra) of Lowville, Mary Rumble (DeVere) of Copenhagen and Lucinda Lear III (Raymond) of Watertown; her siblings, Sarah O'Leary of Oregon and Leo James Hoffman Jr. of Rome, NY; and her sister-in-law Delores Hoffman Cross of Hickory, NC. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
