It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Marie Walters (Carthage, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert N. Walters (Marie) of Vancouver, WA and Bonnie A. Walters (Brown) of West Carthage; her grandmother Janice Walters of Knoxville, TN; her sister Lyndsey Reedy of Killeen, TX; her nieces, Carrie, Jayla and Kya; and her stepsiblings, Michelle Cringan, Jennifer LaPlante and Jacy LaPlante. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lewis County Humane Society or to the Arthritis Foundation in hopes of finding a cure for Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
