She is survived by: her husband David Austin Shettleton; her children, Rebecca Vary of Carthage, Melissa Shettleton of Carthage, Ethan Shettleton (Michele) of Carthage, Stuart Shettleton of Carthage and Eben Shettleton (Rosemarie) of Carthage; and her brother John Hamblin.
