He is survived by: his parents, Tylor Woodard and Shayla Chapman; his sister Wynter Woodard of Carthage; his grandparents, Gordon, Nakia Woodard, Jeff and Lisa Chapman; and his aunts and uncles, Jessica Halbmier, Cassidy Woodard, Marissa Chapman, Alizabeth Chapman, Leianna Chapman and Jonathan Chapman. He is also survived by many loving great grandparents, great aunts & uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Lundy Funeral Home (500 State St, Carthage, NY 13619).
