He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hill and Doris Hill (Zehr); his brothers, Duane, Dewey, Richard and Rodney Hill; his brother-in-law Michael Kamide; his sister Audrey; and his brother-in-law Paul Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Hill of West Carthage; his son David Hill (Joann) of Carthage; his granddaughter Tori Hill of Carthage; his sisters, Joyce Luke (Paul) of Warners, Jean Polge of Syracuse and Louise Pignone (Carl) of Watertown; and his sisters-in-law, Laura of Lowville and Betty Hill of Lowville. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID concerns, visitation will be held privately by the family. Please wear a mask if attending the services on Thursday.
