He is survived by: his parent Grace Bailey (Dodge); his wife Regina of Carthage; and his children, Ronald "John" Bailey (Sue) of Watertown, Kathryn Santamour (Randy) of Barnes Corners, Kelly Donnelly (Brian) of Carthage and Kory Bailey of Carthage. He is also survived by grandchildren; 9- great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
