He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Bidwell and Georgia Phelps; his children, Stacie Phelps and John Phelps; his stepdaughter Toni Deline of Watertown; and his sister Shirlene Watson of Watertown. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren.
