He is survived by: his former wife Vickie McAvoy; his children, Tammy Rushlow (Nicklaw Glenn) and Darcie Lewis (Sean); his grandchildren, Rae Thorington (Clarence Henson), Emma Thorington, Michala Lewis and Leigh Lewis; his great grandchildren, Keon, Dreydon and Tebari Henson; and his siblings, Nancy Campany, Robert Rushlow, Dorothy Moses (David) and Rosemary Bauter.
Memorial donations can be made in Richard's name to a charity of one's choice.
