He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clement and Florence Clement (Small); and his close friend Anna V. Farr. He is survived by: his son Richard A.; his daughter-in-law Marla K. Clement; his son Rodney V.; his daughter-in-law Diana M. Clement; his great grandchild Pamela Farr; and his great great grandchildren, Wyatt and Mckenzie Newton. He is also survived by 5 children and 5- grandchildren.
