He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Burgess and Lucia Burgess (Stephenson); and his siblings, Beverly Seymour and Dale Burgess. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Burgess (Lisa) of Syracuse, NY, Brian Burgess (Jean) and Darren Burgess (Jeannette) of Rodman, NY.; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Begley, Erica Robinson, Chelsea Seeber and Seth Burgess.
