He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Sr. Mackee and Frances Mackee (Davis); and his daughter Michelle Kitahara. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Fuller; his children, Shannon (Jeff), Melissa Abramo (William), Jamie (Matthew) and Richard Mackee Jr.; and his siblings, Milton Mackee (Stephanie), Georgia and Mike Mackee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
