He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Stanford and Harriet Oatman; his son Teddy Willmert; and his brother Gordon Willmert. He is survived by: his wife Alice Willmert of West Carthage; his sons, Derek Willmert (Nichole) of Carthage and Jay Willmert of Carthage; his grandchildren, Cullen, Johnathon and Paige Willmert; and his sisters, Deborah Smith of Liverpool, Jean Stanford of Canastota and Cynthia Cleland of Watertown.
