He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Corleen Foster (Wells); and his siblings, Donald Foster, James Foster Jr., Robert Foster, Betty Adkins and Carolyn Adriane.
He is survived by: his wife Elsa Togonon; and his sister Connie Mulcahy of Watertown. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
