It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Howard Clarke Sr. (Carthage, New York), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Clarke (Duby); his children, Paul Clarke, Jr. (Deb) and Miriam Tessmer (Steve); his grandchildren, Quinn, Josie Clarke, Elroy Phillips, Jake and Eli Grant; and his brothers, John Clarke (Bonnie), Gilbert Clarke (Julia) and Robert (Laurel). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
