It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mary Young (Carthage, New York), born in Lowville, New York, who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Strife and Mary Strife (Kelly); and her significant other Michael Robert Young of Whitesboro. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Mayer of Prescott Valley, Michael R. Young of Watertown and Mark Young of Carthage; her grandchildren, Cody, Zach, Hannah Young and R. J. Mayer; and her siblings, Elizabeth Jones of Croghan and Joseph Strife of East Lansing, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
