It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret E. McCarthy of Carthage, New York, born in Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. Scott and Charlotte Scott (Henry); her husband Howard; and her siblings, Anne Pearin and Aaron Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Young (Danny) of Chambersburg, PA and Scott Casler (Carla) of Watertown, NY; her grandchildren, Isabel (Josh) and Edward (Lindsay Boland); her great grandchildren, Bryson and Brystol Casler; and her sister-in-law Sheila Scott of Brockville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
