Percy Jr.; her pet Tobi; her son Donald Bishop III of Carthage; her stepchildren, Jennifer Percy, Kilee Percy of Black River and Brian Percy of Black River; her grandchildren, Austyn and Amelia Bishop; her stepgrandchildren, Macey Copley, Landon Copley, Reese Hoover, Gabrielle Brigham, Brodie Percy and Bella Percy; and her siblings, Patty Farmer of Natural Bridge, Teresa Perras of Oswego, Carol Duggan of Florence, NC and John DeLair of Natural Bridge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
