She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Waters and Beatrice Waters (West); her husband Henry Runge; her son William Runge; and her brother George Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Mushtare (Richard) of Carthage and Bradley Runge (Michelle) of Pulaski; and her brother Albert T. Waters of Stone Ridge, NY.. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
