He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick L. Parks and Edna Marie Parks (Robinson); his wife Ann E. Parks of Carthage; his children, Dawn Bugnits of Poughkeepsie, Lori Dusharm of Watertown, Daniel Parks (Rachel) of Carthage, Mark Wentling of Massachusetts, Larry Parks Jr. and Carl Parks; his grandchildren, Lukas, Noah Parks, Richard Allmon, Liam O'Reilly, Alexander, Aidenne Bugnits, Averi Wilson, Robert and Dale Dusharm; and his siblings, Donald, Jack, Sunny, Paul, Jim Parks, Sally Balch, Catherine Roberts, Bertha Kirby, Mary McFall and German Shepherds. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA or to Sarah House, Syracuse.
