Phillips (Carthage, New York), born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Glen "George" Besaw; her husband Kenneth Vernon Phillips; and her sister Anastasia Powers. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Phillips (Angel), Kurt Phillips (Robin) and Katrina (Bill Hugo) of Carthage; and her siblings, Karen Gilson (David), Elizabeth Daniels, Glen Besaw (Kathy), Ellie Simmons (Herb), Fowler, Shelley Prashaw (Eugene), Steven Besaw, Amanda, Jordan, Cody, Shantel, Kendra, Kenny and Ashley.
