Joseph S. Shambo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2022, at the age of 89, Joseph S. Shambo of Carthage, New York, born in Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley J. and Mary K. Shambo (Zastawny); and his son Joseph Shambo. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shambo of West Carthage; his son Thomas Shambo of Hopkinton, MA; his daughter-in-law Maureen Shambo of Ft. Myers, FL; his daughters, Susan Jacobs (Thomas) of Ogdensburg and Mary Beth Ashlaw (Jason) of Carthage; and his grandchildren, Thomas (TJ), Katherine, Brittany, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Natalie, Connor and Caleb.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or to Augustinian Academy, 313 West St., Carthage, NY 13619.
