He was predeceased by: his stepson Donald R. Perretta; his brother Danny Waller; and his parents, L. V. Waller and Betty Walter Waller. He is survived by: his stepson John D. Perretta (Gina) of Carthage; his children, Michael Waller of Virginia and Elizabeth Waller of Lawton, OK; his granddaughters, Shania Wurtz (Ryan) of Watertown and Marissa Perretta of Carthage; his great grandchild Lucy Wurtz of Watertown; his siblings, Mark Waller (Kathy) of Tennessee, Benny Waller of Tennessee, Steve Waller of Tennessee and Linda MaLugen (Tommy) of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Delores McAdams (Donald) of Texas; his granddaughter Shiana Ramsdell of Croghan; his nephews, James Hall II of Copenhagen and Michael Rivers of Attica; and his wife Marie Dibble Perretta Mozelle. He is also survived by relatives who were dear to him; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
