He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia J. Lamb; his son Martin L. (Jo Anne T.); his granddaughter Juliann Marie (Mathew Douglas Stephenson); his great grandchildren, Mitchel Bruce Stephenson and Jillian Grace Stephenson; his sister Mayfred Chaffee; and his caregivers, Tracy Schneider and Trish Covey.
