We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 91, Helen G. DeLong of Carthage, New York, born in Harrisville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee LaParr and Etta LaParr (Hays); her husband Karl Delong; her children, Dale Delong and Debra Delong; her granddaughter Sarah Joyce DeLong; and her siblings, Rose Scudera, Dorothy Hudson, Arlene Orvis, Eurith Metcalf, Cecila Marriam, Aleta Crane, Hilton LaParr and Charles LaParr.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Paula Delong of Carthage; her niece Sue (Roger Pierce); her grandsons, Jason DeLong (Heather) of Bonney Lake, WA and Brandon DeLong of Castorland; and her stepgrandchildren, Sara Astafan (Theresa) of Clayton and John Astafan (Amber) of Carthage.
