It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Watson (Carthage, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Uhlan Young and Marion Young (Curtis); her husband Quentin N. Watson; her daughter Elizabeth "Libby" DeSimone; her son-in-law John Todd; and her grandsons, Anthony and Christopher DeSimone. She was also cherished by one great-granddaughter, 2 great-grandsons.
